Requesting services through the Website (contact forms, quote requests) does not constitute a contract. The service contract is concluded only after:

2. Project evaluation by our team (on-site visit, if necessary)
3. Presentation of the personalized offer
4. Acceptance of the offer and signing of the contract by both parties

Bio Pond Tech SRL provides warranty for the work performed, in accordance with contractual provisions and current legislation:

• The warranty covers execution defects and supplied materials

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized interventions, or extreme natural phenomena

Bio Pond Tech SRL's liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or other losses exceeding the value of the contracted services.

All materials on the Website (texts, images, graphics, logos, designs, projects) are the property of Bio Pond Tech SRL or are used with the consent of the rights holders.
